Answer :-

→ Height of first roller coaster = (5/2) m

and,

→ Height of new roller coaster = (8/9) times of height of first rollar coster = (8/9) * (5/2) = (40/18) = (20/9) = 2(2/9) m . (Ans.)

Hence, height of new coaster will be 2(2/9) m .
