Explanation:

rolling of a roti is a reversible change because from that roti we can make dough again but from baked roti we cannot make dough again so it is a irreversible change

Answer:

because when we make a dough you just change it's shape not it's chemical structure so it is an reversible change. Though you make a roti you bake it change its chemical structure thus you cant change the  roti  back so it is an irreversible change

hope it helps you
