Romeo, Sandra, George & Mathew are assigned a target to distribute 10,000 copies of a book. Romeo alone can do
100 copies in a day, Sandra is half as efficient as Romeo, George is as efficient as Romeo, Romeo is half as efficient
as Mathew. If all of them start working together, then the target would be accomplished in approximately how many
days?

Given:

Total number of copies = 10,000

Number of copies Romeo can do = 100

Efficiency of Sandra = half of Romeo

Efficiency of George = Efficiency of Romeo

Efficiency of Romeo = half of Mathew

To find:

The number of days in which the target would be completed.

Solution:

Efficiency of Sandra = half of Romeo

= 1/2 * 100 = 50

Efficiency of George = Efficiency of Romeo = 100

Efficiency of Romeo = half of Mathew

Therefore efficiency of Mathew = 2* 100 = 200

Total number of copies done in a day = Copies done by Romeo + Sandra + George+ Mathew

= 100 + 50 + 100 + 200 = 450

Number of days required to do 10,000 copies = 10,000/ 450 = 22.22 days

Therefore the numer of days required approximately would be 23.
