HEY MATE✌️Here is ur answer.
All sides of a rhombus and a square are equal. However, in case of a square, all interior angles are of 90º measure. A rhombus with each angle a right angle becomes a square. Therefore, a square can be thought of as aspecial rhombus.

A rhombus can be said as a special type of square bcoz it is defined as a quadrilateral and parallelogram with equal sides,but without right angles...Additionally a rhombus doesn't have sides that are perpendicular to each other unlike to a square.So Rhombus is a special type of square with all angles equal(to 90°)
