expand using \sf{{(a-b)}^{2}} formula

 \implies {( \sqrt{3} )}^{2}  +  {( \sqrt{2} )}^{2}  - 2( \sqrt{3} )( \sqrt{2} )

 \implies{3}  +  2 - 2\sqrt{6}

 \implies5 - 2\sqrt{6}
