quadratic equation =[-b±√D]/(2a)
=============
D = discriminant =b²-4ac

____________

Here,

a = √3
b = 10
c = -8√3

Discriminant = b²-4ac

=> (10)² - 4(√3)(-8√3)

=> 100 - 4(-24)

=> 100 + 96

=> 196

Then,

quadratic \: equation \:  =  \:  \frac{ - b( + and - )  \sqrt{d} }{2a} \\  \\ here \\  \\ roots =  \frac{ - 10( +  and - )  \sqrt{196}  }{2( \sqrt{3} )}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{ - 10( + and - )14 }{2 \sqrt{3} }  \\  \\ taking \:  +  \\  \\ x \:  =  \frac{ - 10 + 14}{2 \sqrt{3} }   =  \frac{4}{2 \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} }{3}  \\  \\ taking \:  -  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 10 - 14}{2 \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{ - 24}{2 \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{ - 12}{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{ - 12 \sqrt{3} }{3}  =  - 4 \sqrt{3}

Then,

x = (2√3)/3

Or

x = -4√3
