first we will make a line and mark 9.2 and mark one cm after 9.2 which is 10.2 and then using compass we will mark an arc from 10.2 till and 2nd arc from starting point and then we will make an arc donward from 10.2 and the starting point and then join together where the both lines are intersecting we will give 0 name to that point and measure from o to starting and make a semi circle till 10.2 and make an 90 degree from compass at 9.2 and join it at top of semicircle and make and measure it and make a arc on the line.
