The given question is

 \sqrt{6} {x}^{2} y + (2x + \sqrt{6})y + 3xy

we have to factorise the above equation

On simplifying we get

y( \sqrt{6} {x}^{2} + 2x + \sqrt{6} + 3x) \\ y \sqrt{2} x( \sqrt{3} x + \sqrt{2} ) + \sqrt{3} ( \sqrt{2} + \sqrt{3} x) \\ y(\sqrt{2} x + \sqrt{3} )( \sqrt{2} + \sqrt{3} x)

There fore the final simplified answer is

y( \sqrt{2} x + \sqrt{3} )( \sqrt{2} + \sqrt{3} x)
