Heya !!

Rosa will eat = 32 rosogullas per hour.

Her sister will eat = 32/ 3 rosogullas per hour.

Total lollies in one hour :-
1 hr = 32 + 32/3
1 hr = 42 2/3
1 hr = 128 / 3
3 / 128 hr = 1 rosogulla (x 32)
32 × (3/128) hr = 32 rosogullas
96 / 128 hr = 32 rosogullas
0∙75 hr = 32 rosogullas

Thus, they will take to eat 32 rossogollas together 45 minutes.

Time taken by Rosa and Lisa together to eat 32 rossogollas will be 45 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Number of rosogollas eaten by Rosa in 1 hour = 32

Number of rosogollas eaten by Lisa in 3 hour = 32

Now number of rosogollas eaten by Rosa in 1 minute = \frac{32}{60}  [1 hour = 60 minute]

Number of rosogollas eaten by Lila in 1 minute =\frac{32}{180}  [3 hour = 180 minute]

Number of rosogollas eaten by Rosa and Lila together in 1 minute

= \frac{32}{60} + \frac{32}{180}

= \frac{32\times180+32\times60}{60\times 180}

= \frac{5760+1920}{10800}

= \frac{7680}{10800}

= \frac{128}{180}

Now time taken by Rosa and Lisa together to eat 32 rossogollas,

=(\frac{32}{\frac{128}{180} })minutes

=(\frac{32\times180}{128} )minutes

= 45 minutes
