Here is ur answer

No. of saplings = 180
Square of 13 = 169
square of 14 = 196

If we plant 13 rows with each row have 13 flowers then 11 will be left
So we need one more row
No . of rows = 13 +1
=14
If we add one more row then we have to add 1 more flower in 13 rows and to make a new row of 14 saplings

14×14=196

We have saplings =180
So we need more saplings = 196-180
=16

Thus, we need 16 more saplings
