Let the ratio be 30000x and 40000x
but, we need to convert them into standard form so 3x and 4x
3x+4x= 2800
7x= 2800
x= 400
Now as we divide it, we will consider our lowest forms only.
So,
3x= 3× 400= 1200
4x= 4× 400= 1600
Hence, share of Roshan will be Rs. 1200 and Hamid's will be Rs. 1600
