Roshan createsa folder of his name in my documents. Then he creates its shortcut on the desktop. After some time,h le wants to change its name to XYZ, then he makes a text file "Biodat" and saves this file in folder XYZ. Write the steps which he follows to do the above activities.

Firstly in order to create the folder, Roshan has to open the My documents folder from the desktop screen.
Next he has to right click with his mouse and from the drop down menu select eh option "create new folder".
He then has to type in "Roshan" in folder name. To create a shortcut, he has to right click on the folder and select he option "move to" and select "desktop".
To rename the folder, he has to right click on it again, and select the "rename option" and type in the new name.
While saving the text file, he has to select eh option "save as" and type in the name "XYZ" and select he location as the folder.
