In mathematically,

Angular velocity :

Angular velocity is equal to the position of angle divided by time.

In mathemetically,

\omega=\dfrac{\theta}{t}

If rotating annular disc is heated then,

When object heats then the volume of disc will increase radius also increase.

It measns moment of inertia will be increase of disc but angular velocity will be minimum change compare to initial angular velocity.
