Rotor blades of modern windmills are made of fibre glass composite material or aluminium composites. It has to be sturdy enough to withstand the force of wind, but at the same time light weight.

Wind turbines are used to capture wind’s energy. A wind mill is designed to face the wind’s direction and convert rotation of the blades into electrical power.

Wind energy is a source of cheap, clean energy.
