Hey mate the numbers that I have written 100 it is because you see the tens place if it is nearer to 100 so you write hundred !! but when you think that the number is closer to 0 so then 0 is your answer !!

just let me give you an example

1. 43 is your first example so you see that 43 three is close to which one 100 or 0 so your answer is 0

2. 78 is your second example so you see that 78 is closer to which one 100 or 0 so your answer is 0
