Rules of rounding of numbers are as follows :-

1.) If the digit to be rounded off is less than 5 then the preceding digit remains the same. Example:- 74 becomes 70.

2.) If the digit to be rounded off is equal to 5 then the preceding digit increases by one. Example:- 75 becomes 80.

3.) If the digit to be rounded off is more than 5 then the preceding digit is increased by one. Example:- 78 becomes 80.

11963 - 3 is less than 5 hence the preceding digit i.e. 6 will remain as it is.

The rounded off number is 11960.

9369 - 9 is more than 5 hence the preceding digit i.e. 6 will increases by one .

The rounded off number is 9370.
