  2. HUNDREDS - We look at the kast 2 digits . if it is more than 50 we round off to get (00) it should be greater tgan the actual last 2 digits. If it is less than 50 then we round of it get 00 it should be less than the actual 2 digits.
  3. Thousands. Do the same. It will be 500 instead of 50 or 5
