Rounding me to the nearest hundred makes me 500. Rounding me to the nearest tens makes me 530. The sum of my digits is 9. What number am I?

Solution :-

The correct answer is 531.

The sum of the digits of 531 = 5 + 3 + 1 = 9

If we round off 531 to the nearest tens, then it will become 530 because the digit at the right side of the tens place value is less than 5. 

If we round off 531 to the nearest hundreds place value, then it will become 500 because the digit at the right side of the hundreds place value is less than 5.
