Sum of ratios= 11x

Now, According to the question

11x= 242

$= > x = \frac{242}{11}$

=> x= 22

Now, 6x = 6×22= 132

➡️132 Randall cows were present

And,

5x= 5×22= 110

➡️110 Jersey cows were present
