RPA is not suitable for processes that are repetative or concistent or both or require constant human itervention or none of these
provides open platform for automation.

Out of the seven layers of OSI model, presentation layer is the sixth layer, where the actual translation of stored information to human understandable form occurs.
RPA ( Robotic Process Automation) makes interactions with other applications at this application 'Presentation layer'. Here, RPA stores existing information while trying a new task and can interact with multiple applications at same time.
Whereas, BPM makes interactions with other applications via business logic and data layers.
