since b gets 25% more than a.

so, b = 125/100 a

also b gets 20 % more than c.

so, b = 120/100 c

also b = b

125/100a = 120/100c

125a = 120c

a = 120c/125

c = 125a/120

and

a +  \frac{125}{100} a +  \frac{125}{120} a = 395 \\ a +  \frac{5}{4} a +  \frac{25}{24} a = 395 \\  \frac{24a + 30a + 25a}{24}  = 395 \\ 79a = 395 \times 24 \\ a =  \frac{395 \times 24}{79}  \\ a = 5 \times 24 \\ a = 120 \\ so \: b =  \frac{125}{100} a =  \frac{125}{100}  \times 120 = 150 \\ and \: c \:  =  \frac{125}{120} a =  \frac{125}{120}  \times 120 = 125

hope it helps u.

A's share is Rs.120

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the salary of A , B and C be a,b and c

We are given that B gets 25% more than A

So, b = a+25\%a=a+\frac{25}{100}a=1.25a

a=\frac{b}{1.25}

We are also given that B gets 20% more than C

So, b = c+20\%c=c+\frac{20}{100}c=1.2c

c=\frac{b}{1.2}

Rs 395 are divided among A B and C

So, \frac{b}{1.25}+b+\frac{b}{1.2}=395

b = 150

So, A's share = a=\frac{b}{1.25}=\frac{150}{1.25}=120

Hence A's share is Rs.120
