Interest = Rs. 105
Principal = Rs. 500
Amount = Rs. (105+500) = Rs. 605
Rate = 3%
Time = ?

Interest = PRT/100
=> 105 = 500×3×T/100
=> 105 = 1500T/100
=> 105 = 15T
=> T = 105/15
=> T = 7 years.
