who was recently made NPO by speech therapy
recommendation due to sever dysphagia. An NG
tube was placed while speech therapy continues
to work on her swallowing strength. She is 64" tall
and weighs 148 lbs. Her skin is intact and she does
not have any comorbidities. Her vitals have been
stable. She has been eating well until yesterday.
