Rubina has 12.7 m amount of cloth left.

Given - Original and cut length

Find - Left cloth

Solution - As per the known fact, 1m = 100 cm.

So, converting 18 m 50 cm to metres.

100 cm = 1 m

50 cm =  \frac{1 \times 50}{100}

Performing multiplication and addition

50 cm = 0.5 m.

So, total length of cloth = 18 + 0.5

Performing addition

Total length of cloth = 18.5 m

Left amount of cloth = 18.5 - 5.8

Performing subtraction

Left amount of cloth = 12.7 m

Hence, Rubina has 12.7 m cloth.
