because without rule and law no restriction will be there on anyone

an if there will be no law then anyone will do any crime and they will not be punished

like this many things will happen

and the proper functioning will not occur

so according to me ,the rule and law are one of the important feature of democracy . and specially rule and law are important feature of Indian democracy.

Becoz of rule and law government is able to take proper decisions for the citizens and on many subjects.

There will be monarchy like system if there will not be any rule or law.
