● There are different types of formulae in different types of tenses.

Hey friend here is your answer

Changing active to passive involves changing positions of the object and the subject along with adding suitable auxiliary verbs

Like , she is eating a mango.
A mango is being eaten by her

Here the object mango will come first and subject her is shifted to the end

Now,let me show you the rules for changes involving tenses

1 simple present tense

Example ,

She writes a letter
A letter is written by her

2. Simple past

Was/ were+ past participle.

Example ,she wrote a letter
A letter was written by her

3 simple future

Shall be/will be+ past participle

Example,she will write a letter.
A letter will be written by her.

4. Present continuous

Is/am/are+being + past participle

Example,she is writing a letter.
A letter is being written by her.

5.past continuous

Was/ were+ being + past participle

She was writing a letter
A letter was being written by her

6. Future continuous - cannot be changed

7 present perfect

Has / have+ been + past participle

She has written a letter
A letter has been written by her
