the simple rule to rearrange jumbled word is that
subject+ functioning verb+preposition+object
if you understand that which is subject, verb then you know how to rearrange them
for example:
in this jumbled sentence
brother/an/wants/be/my/astronaut/to
in this my brother is subject
wants if verb
to and be is preposition
and astronaut is object
then the meaningful sentence is like
my brother wants to be an astronaut
