Rules:

• Change the object into subject.

• Put the suitable helping verb.

• Change the verb into past participle of the verb.

• Add the preposition "by"

• Change the subject into object.

Formula of active voice:

Subject + to be (is, am, are) + present participle + object.

S + to be (is, am, are) + being + past participle + by object.
