The first one was against the Tsar Nicholas II- the monarch. It led to party formation by the leaders of the Russian parliament-the Duma.

The second one was against the slow government. This resulted in peace by withdrawing from the world war.

These revolutions inspired many, like Raja Ram mohan Roy. It led to political, cultural and economical changes to Russia.
