                                                          = 24200 sq yard

Number of houses in the community = 70

The Area uses for all amenities as

Houses: $\dfrac{35}{50}$ of total area

Fitness area : $\dfrac{3}{50}$of total area

Play area : $\dfrac{2}{25}$of total area

Entertainment area : $\dfrac{35}{50}$of total area

Shopping area : $\dfrac{1}{25}$of total area

Health center and yoga hall : $\dfrac{1}{50}$of total area

           = 16940 sq yd

Fitness area = $\dfrac{3}{50}$ of total area

                   = $\dfrac{3}{50}$ × 24200 sq yd

                  = 1452 sq yd

Play area = $\dfrac{2}{25}$ of total area

                = $\dfrac{2}{25}$  × 24200 sq yd

                = 1936 sq yd

Entertainment area = $\dfrac{35}{50}$ of total area

                               =  $\dfrac{35}{50}$ × 24200 sq yd

                               = 16940 sq yd

Shopping area = $\dfrac{1}{25}$ of total area    

                        = $\dfrac{1}{25}$ × 24200 sq yd

                        = 968 sq yd

Health center and yoga hall = $\dfrac{1}{50}$ of total area
