Answer:

1. Click the cell where you want to display the calculation. To sum with a range of numbers, select the range of cells you want.

2. Click the Formulas tab.

3. Click the AutoSum button. Timesaver.

4. Click the Enter button on the formula bar, or press Enter. Click to view larger image.

The AutoSum option can be found in two areas:

• It is contained in the Editing group of the ribbon.

• It can also be found under the Formulas tab.
