\sf{\underline{\boxed{\blue{\large{\bold{ ♡HELLO ♡}}}}}}

if \:  \alpha  \: is \: the \: angle \: made \: by \: umbrella \: with \: horizontal \: then \: tan \alpha   = vr \div vm

IN THE GIVEN PROBLEM,

Vrm =1.5x =3x/2

Vm =x

Vr =?

vrm {}^{2}  = vr {}^{2}  + vm {}^{2}

vr {}^{2}  = 9x {}^{2}  - 4x {}^{2}  \div 4

= 5x^2 /4

Vr = root5 x/2

so now, Tan a = Vr/m = root5/2

{\boxed{Angle = tan^-1  ×2/root5}}
