Answer:

b²-4ac=0. when a equation has real and equal roots

so

a=1

b=2(m-l)

c=(m+5)

now

b²-4ac=0

(2(m-l))²-4×1(m+5)=0

(2m-2)²-4m-20=0

4m²+4-8m-4m-20=0

m²+1-2m-m-5=0

m²-3m-4=0

m²-4m+m-4=0

m(m-4)+1(m-4)=0

(m-4)(m+1)=0

so,m=-1,4
