  • AS THE GOVERNMENT OR THE RULING PARTY CHANGES THERE IS CHANGE OF POLICIES.
  • THE MINISTERS OR LEADERS CONSTANTLY CHANGES AND THIS REASON LEADS TO INSTABILITY.
  • LARGE NUMBER OF MINISTERS OR LEADERS ARE HIGHLY CORRUPTED.
  • MANY LEADERS ARE UNEDUCATED OR ILLITERATE WHICH LEADS TO WRONG DECISIONS OR SUCH DECISIONS WHICH ARE NOT FAVOURABLE BY THE CITIZENS.
  • ORDINARY PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT WHAT IS GOOD FOR THEM AND HENCE CHOOSING WRONG PERSON AS THEIR LEADER.

(i) Leaders keep changing in a democracy which leads to instability.

(ii) Democracy is all about political competition and power play. There is no scope for morality.

(iii) Delays are often made because many people have to be consulted in a democracy.

(iv) Elected leaders do not know the best interest of the people. It leads to bad decisions.

(v) Democracy leads to corruption for it is based on electoral competition.
