Democracy is more effective that its alternatives because :-

1. Democracy provides the equality to all citizens.

2. It enhances them dignity.

3. It provides a room to correct its own mistakes.

4. It also provides methods to resolve its conflicts.

Saudi Arabia is a very developed country. Its economy is much higher than to Indians but in Saudi, democracy is not provided to the female section, they have various restrictions on themselves. India, provides equality to all citizens, irrespective of caste, gender etc.
