Answer:
The pancreatic juice contains enzymes that complete the digestion of starch called pancreatic amylase. It also contains pancreatic enzymes that complete the digestion of protein called trypsin, chymotrypsin and carboxypeptidase. Hence pancreatic juice plays a vital role in the digestion of proteins.

Answer:
This juice is produced in a whitish gland, pancreas, located behind the stomach. The pancreatic duct opens into the duodenum by an aperture common to that of the bile duct. The pancreatic juice contains three kind of enzymes -
- Amylopsin - digests leftover starch.
- Trypsin - acts on the remaining proteins and polypeptides to produce smaller peptides and amino acids.
- Steapsin - acts on emulsified fat to split them into fatty acid and glycerol.
