GIVEN:

  • Side of rhombus is 5 cm.
  • Diagonal 1 (BD)=12cm.
  • Diagonal 2(AC)=15cm.

TO FIND:

  • Area of rhombus.
  • Perimeter of rhombus.

SOLUTION:

 \sf \large Area   \: of \:  rhombus= \frac{1}{2} \times  D_1 \times D_2

  \sf=   \cancel{\frac{1}{2}  \times 15 \times 12} {cm}^{2}

  \sf= 90cm {}^{2}

Perimeter of rhombus=4×side

=4×5cm

=20cm
