it is so easy to fail because failure doesn't require any efforts . It is hard to succeed  because success require a lot of efforts , a lot  of hard work, a lot of patience and a lot of questions. For example ,think that you have a test after few days, if you want to fail then you'll start taking things easily like not asking your doubts, not having a feeling to learn. But if you want to succeed then you need to study day and night while others are sleeping, practising and clearing your doubts by asking questions.Remember those who ask questions remain stupid for 2 mins but those who do not ask remain stupid rest of their life. i hope you'll get it...

Ans; Bcz Failure doesn't need any affords or hardwork Where Success needs A lot of affords and hardwork. And as we know no one including human Are lazy or they lacks hardwork and patience so normally they get failed due to their lazy behaviour. That's why we can't say that all can't do hard work but they can choose a short path / lazy nature , And sucess is just the opposite.
