 \frac{4}{5}  \sqrt{147}  +  \frac{3}{8} \sqrt{192}  +  \frac{1}{5} \sqrt{75}  \\  =  \frac{4}{5} \sqrt{7 \times 7 \times 3}  +  \frac{3}{8}  \sqrt{8 \times8 \times 3}  +  \frac{1}{5}  \sqrt{5 \times 5 \times 3}  \\

 =  \frac{28}{5}  \sqrt{3}  + 3 \sqrt{3} +  \sqrt{3}

 =  \sqrt{3}  \times ( \frac{28}{5}  + 3 + 1) \\ =   \sqrt{3}  \times (5.6 + 4) \\   = \sqrt{3}  \times 9.6 \\  = 9.6 \sqrt{3}

but looks like question should be

 \frac{4}{7}  \sqrt{147}  +  \frac{3}{8} \sqrt{192}  +  \frac{1}{5} \sqrt{75}  \\  =  \frac{4}{7} \sqrt{7 \times 7 \times 3}  +  \frac{3}{8}  \sqrt{8 \times8 \times 3}  +  \frac{1}{5}  \sqrt{5 \times 5 \times 3}  \\ =  4 \sqrt{3}  + 3 \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{3}  \\  = 8 \sqrt{3}
