खाना खाने के दौरान कभी भी पानी ना पिएं। इससे पाचन क्रिया पर भी विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता है और आप भरपेट खाना भी नहीं खा सकते हैं। खाना खाने के हमेशा आधे घंटे बाद ही पानी पिएं। रात में सोते समय अपने आसपास मोबाइल फोन ना रखें।
