According to the given conditions

Let Rahul's score be x

Therefore Sachin's score will be 2x (since he scored twice of Rahul)

Also, given that the sum of their runs fell two short of a double century

x+ 2x = 198 ( double century is 200 and 2 less than a double century is 198)

⇒ 3x = 198

⇒ x=  \frac{198}{3}

⇒ x= 66

Hence the score of Rahul is 66

Score of Sachin, 2x = 2* 66 = 132
