Sachin Tendulakar scored 120 runs in 15th innings and thereby his average
score rises by 2. What is the average score after 15th match?

Answer:

let the average of 11 innings is = x

According to the question

11x+120=12x+5

11x + 120 = 12x + 60

x = 60

∴ His new average = 60 + 5 = 65
