Yes, I support your thoughts. Because it is not a way for the government to earn taxes. But this is a way so that the people driving should got scared of the fines taken by the traffic police. If they will scare by the fines they will follow the traffic rules and will save their own life. People have to understand government is not doing for them, it is doing for only us and us.
