Take a rectangle solo.

put a grass coloured colour paper on the solo and paste it on the solo with glue or cello tape. Take black colour paper try to attach small white lines over it depicting it as road. Buy and attach some small cars. Draw pavements on both the sides of the roads. Make dummy people and attach on the pavement you have made. Make some buildings too. Draw zebra crossing on the roads. Make dummy traffic signals. Make small safety sign boards and place them at the respective places .
