In saheb's case, there were no schools near him and in Mukesh's case there was a mechanic shop but it was far away . The famous quote "rich become richer and poor become poorer " is not because the poor have no opportunities to become rich but fail to recognise and adapt to those changes . But they do not want to change. And the second case of social apathy occurs when they are not recognised by the middlemen ( police , government etc) they do not recognise their difficulties and take action.
