sahil bought bread pakora from outside vendor and ate it .next day he felt nausea and started vomitting. He had sever pain in the abdominal region and suffer from diarrhoea. what could be the reason for his condition? what is it called? How could it be prevented?

the food brought from the outside vendors may not be clean as there may be some flies and dust or it may be made using unclean water,so it may be infected with diseases like diarrhoea.......
this is called food poisoning
this could be prevented by eating food made freshly and in clean conditions
