distance = 15 × 2 = 30
&
distance = 5 × 8 = 40
40 - 30 = 10

time taken = x/15 hr
Case 2
Speed = 20 km/hr
Time taken = x/20
According to statement
x/15 - 2/60 = x/20 + 8/60
x/15 - x/20 = (8 + 2)/60
(4x - 3x)/60 = 10/60
x = 10 km.
