Ratio of salaries
Akash : Babloo : Chintu = 2 : 3 : 5
Let the common ratio be x.
Then, Salaries of Akash : Babloo : Chintu will be 2x,3x and 5x respectively.
Now 15% increase in Akash's salary.
= 15% of 2x = 15×2x100=0.3x15×2x100=0.3x
New Salary = 2x + 0.3x = 2.3x
Also 10% increase in Babloo's salary
= 10% of 3x = 10×3x100=0.3x10×3x100=0.3x
New Salary = 3x + 0.3x = 3.3 x
Also 20% increase in Chintus's salary
= 20% of 5x = 10×5x100=1x10×5x100=1x
New Salary = 5x + x = 6x
New ratio = ratio of new salaries
= 2.3x : 3.3x : 6x
On multiplying with 10 and dividing by x ratio will be 23 : 33 : 60
