            Subject: Request for opening a new savings bank account.

     My name is Mohan babu residing in Hyderabad. I am interested in opening account with your bank and I have made enquiry about this and found that we need to enclose the application form, photograph, copy of address proof and Aadhar card. In this regard I have filled the application form and attaching all the said documents with it. Please find and do the needful.
