Saleem was driving a car at a very high speed when it went out of his control and
hit the motor cyclist. The boy became unconscious. Seeing no one around he
decided to flee. He thought he was lucky to escape until he came home and realized
he had hit his own son, who could have been saved had he got timely medical
attention!
• If you were the driver, what would you have done?
• If you were a passer by would you have taken the victim to the hospital or
just looked the other way?
• Had you been the victim, what would you have expected
– To be left lying on the road or to be immediately taken to the hospital?

Answer:
It is very important to get reminded of the fact that
"SPEED THRILLS BUT KILLS"
We are presented by a case study which clearly depicts this fact.
Explanation:
- Had I been in the place of Saleem I would have felt highly responsible for the victim of the mishap as I was whole and sole responsible for the person to get into that state. As a responsible citizen I would have taken the victim to the nearby hospital and payed the bill.In addition I would have informed the victims near and dear ones .
- As a passer by I am also held responsible as I was an eye witness to the incident.I would have helped the victim to get to the nearby hospital and informed the police so that they would take the next required steps.
- As a victim I would have expected Saleem to be more responsible and take me to the hospital. That is a minimum courtesy any person would expect in that situation.
